Africa is a true wilderness wonder and the perfect setting for a bushcraft school in Tanzania, East Africa. The indigenous tribes, animals, bush, and spectacular coastline make it an bushcraft enthusiasts dream to visit.
Bushcraft survival courses are lead on 800 acres of privately owned property approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes south of Dar es Salaam city. This Africa wilderness boasts the combination of bush land, tropical forest, and the beach - a perfect setting to learn bushcraft skills!
There is a variety of Fauna on this Africa property including water buck, dik dik, bush pig, buffalo, leopard, baboon, monkeys, mongoose, hares, genets, civits, snakes, fish eagles, palm nut vultures and much more. This Africa location is ideal for a survival school as there are several different water sources, wild edibles, bamboo, and the combination of marine life and small game to hunt.
The Maasai people are native to Tanzania and Kenya and we will always have at least one expert survival guide join us on the courses to assist with bushcraft skills such as tracking, friction fire with the hand drill, tool making, wild medicinal plants and more.
This survival experience will be exhilarating from start to end - learn bushcraft skills from experts and enjoy Africa in its most pure form!
Bushcraft school: Limpopo, South Africa
Our South African bush camp consists of 4,000 hectares of wildlife rich property in the Limpopo highveld of South Africa. The camp is located a convenient 4 hr drive from Johannesburg, OR Tambo International Airport. Our Anti-Poaching and Bushcraft Course is run on this spectacular location by instructor Les Brett.
Our bush camp is also home to big game such as elephants, rhinos, leopards, cape buffalos, wildebeest, hippos, hyenas, various buck species, zebras, baboons, monkeys, genets, civets and many more.
